The Estimator will be responsible for:

ESTIMATOR:
The Estimator will be responsible for:
- Preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for custom built residential and commercial projects including material, labor and operating costs
- Maintaining meticulous cost estimating tools including databases, spreadsheets and other computer-based applications
- Reviewing architectural design plans for accurate call-outs
- Successfully managing priorities with competing deadlines
- Working independently while communicating proactively and effectively with team members
- Collaborating effectively with Sales Managers and Independent Representatives to secure design and build contracts for custom log and timber frame homes
- Build and maintain positive relationships with co-workers, vendors and clients
